George A. Loizou new Co-Regional Director of PRMIA Cyprus

PRMIA announces today the appointment of George A. Loizou as Co-Regional Director of PRMIA Cyprus.

George A. Loizou is the Manager of Group Operational Risk Management at Hellenic Bank Public Co Ltd, Nicosia where he is responsible for the identification and management of Operational Risks. He has also worked in other areas of the Bank : Operations, Branch Management, Internal Audit, Trade Finance, Personal Sector. He has been a member of a number of steering committees in the Bank, presents seminars and is also involved in the writing of Bank's manuals. George is an Associate of the Institute of Financial Services, UK and a Professional Member of The Institute of Operational Risk, UK.

George will work alongside current Regional Director Silvio Walser to lead the chapter. George will focus on organizing chapter events, working to increase attendance by sharing best practices and providing networking opportunities for new and established PRMIA members. He will also work to promote membership and PRMIA to banks, accounting firms and insurance companies.
