David Rowe's Impressive Presentation at Rice
Dr. Rowe presented to the Houston PRMIA Chapter on July 14th at Rice University. He spoke on "Lessons for Financial Risk Management from the Great Recession". His ideas and assessments were interesting, thought provoking, and highly engaging to the chapter, leading to some interesting and lengthy exchanges.
If you missed this opportunity to hear Dr. Rowe speak, you missed alot of great information. More presentations and information is available on his website:

The PRMIA Houston Chapter appreciates Dr. Rowe taking the time to speak to us.
To wrap up the year, we will have two more speaking engagements this year. One of our speakers will be Jeff Boyko from Castle Currency in September, and Mr. Edward Bace, former head of credit at Lehman, in November.
We will finish off with a Holiday party with our Houston Chapter members and friends to show appreciation and celebrate our completing a great first year back!
Keep watching the PRMIA Houston chapter site for calendar updates and meeting details.
