May 3rd Securitization Symposium

As you can see from the full program agenda, we have an excellent group of moderators and panelists. Many of those involved in this conference will be shaping the debate as to how the securitization market will be re-designed.
One of the more recent developments, which highlights the timeliness of our Symposium, was last week's issuance of the SEC's proposed rule to increase investor protections in ABS (click "here" for more details). Your DC-Steering Committee hopes to have a key SEC representative attend the event to discuss this recent proposal, so the agenda may expand by roughly :30 - :45 minutes. Stay tuned.
