Any PRMIA member from each region is eligible for nomination. Nominations, which must be in writing and comply with the By-laws of the Association, may be submitted until 12:00 noon on the 6th October 2008 (US Central Time).

Nomination Forms are available from http://www.prmia.org/pdf/Board_Nomination_Forms_2008.doc. Please note that completed nomination forms must be faxed to the Returning Officer.

Ballot: Voting may be conducted in person at a Special Meeting of the Members to be held at 16:00 CST on 30th October 2008 at the offices of PRMIA, 400 Washington St. Northfield, MN 55057, USA, or by proxy. Proxy voting material will be sent electronically on 13th October 2008 to the Inbox of all eligible PRMIA members. Notice of delivery of such will be sent to the e-mail address shown in PRMIA's membership records. Members are responsible for assuring that the e-mail address shown in the PRMIA membership records is current and accurate. Updates to such can be made by logging in to your PRMIA account at www.prmia.org and editing your profile by selecting "Manage My Profile", or by clicking here.

The proxy ballot will close at 17:00 on 30th October 2008 (CST). Please note that only members registered with PRMIA as of 30th September, 2008 are eligible to vote. As a member-led organization, it is critical to PRMIA that members participate actively in elections. Please consider nominating a PRMIA member who would bring value to PRMIA as a Board member. Or, consider nominating yourself if you are interested in volunteering with PRMIA in this role.
