PRMIA announces Enterprise Risk Management, a classroom training course led by risk industry expert James Lam. This one-day course will take place on November 4 in New York and will feature Mr. Lam's discussion of best practices in designing and implementing an ERM program.

What you will learn:

  • Developing a practical ERM framework and implementation plan
  • Demonstrating tangible benefits from ERM adoption
  • Implementing and integrating ERM into strategic and business decisions
  • Establishing effective risk management policies and explicit risk tolerance levels
  • Developing effective dashboard reporting for senior management and the board
  • Creating an effective feedback loop for ERM performance

This course is an excellent opportunity for PRMIA members to draw upon Mr. Lam's extensive industry knowledge. Visit http://prmia.org/events/view_events.php?eventID=3630 to register or learn more about this event.
