PRMIA Training Course to Feature James Lam
PRMIA announces Enterprise Risk Management, a classroom training course led by risk industry expert James Lam. This one-day course will take place on November 4 in New York and will feature Mr. Lam's discussion of best practices in designing and implementing an ERM program.
Mr. Lam, who is noted as the first-ever chief risk offer (CRO) and early advocate of ERM, will leverage his industry and consulting experiences to discuss implementation challenges and strategies, including case studies from different companies and industries.

Developing a practical ERM framework and implementation plan
