Voting will be conducted at a Special Meeting of the Members to be held at 12:00 noon CST on Friday, 30th October 2009 at the offices of PRMIA, 400 Washington St. Northfield, MN 55057, USA, either in person or by proxy. The proxy ballot will close at 13:00 on 30th October 2009 (CST). Please note that only members registered with PRMIA as of 21st September, 2009, are eligible to vote.
