3. Look for technical expertise- address lack of key Human resource skillset
4. Financial Stability should be considered in Monetary policy
5. Accounting Standards must improve
6. interbank market needs to be strengthened
7. Central Counterparty, better clearing system
8. Understanding implicit and explicit government protection
9.Liquidity Management
10. Need to focus on SMEs/ Social Development, reconsider investment banking model
11. Flexibility in Sharia Interpretation
