PRMIA Washington DC recognizes the George Washington University student DC chapter. PRMIA University Chapters are composed of university students working under the supervision and guidance of the PRMIA local chapter steering committee to help promote awareness of PRMIA and its educational programs. The students assist by helping the local chapter with events from organization and onsite day of logistics.

GWU Student chapter has assisted the DC chapter with recent events, including:

- The Importance of Vendor Risk Management for Financial Institutions
