About the panelists:
José Fidalgo is head of Risk Consulting Liability Central and Eastern Europe at Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty. His focus is on cyber insurance and business line liability insurance providing risk assessments for global corporations. He studied engineering and worked for two decades in the information and communication industry prior to joining Allianz Group.   

Thomas Fritzsche is a senior manager at KPMG Forensic in Berlin. He is responsible for cyber insurance assistance services.

Kai Bender leads Oliver Wyman’s Strategic IT & Operations Practice in Germany. He has 16 years of consulting experience on Strategic IT topics including information security strategies, large-scale IT transformations and IT strategy development. He lives in Berlin.

Andreas Schlayer heads a global team of experts at Munich Re, responsible for the insurance of information technology risks. His specialty fields include reinsurance aggregation concerns, cyber terrorism and warfare, pricing of cyber risks, privacy and other data breach insurances. Mr. Schlayer has written a number of articles on insuring cyber risks, and he speaks frequently on insurability of cyber risk and network security topics.

Thomas Schoen studied Physics and Information Technology at the TUM in Munich. He has more than 20 years' experience in the IT industry. Thomas is Managing Director of RIGS IT GmbH. He is a Security Expert with a special focus on risk consulting and software solutions for security threads in web applications. He is a regular speaker on Cyber Security.
