This session will review various popular approaches to ERM and Governance including
COSO, OCEG, and ANZ-4360 and will reference both the results of PRMIA's ERM Survey
and a study by Micheal Keehner and David Koenig of 65 firms entitled "The Relationship
between Boards of Directors and their Risk Management Organizations" in which Board
members and CROs shared their insights on how risk management is positioned at their
firm.
