Samantha Roberts is Senior Financial Engineer (Economist) in the Office of Capital Supervision Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight, Washington D.C., and currently is Coordinator of OFHEO’s Operational Risk Capital Taskforce (ORCTF).  She has carried out focused research projects designed to improve risk modeling at the agency charged with monitoring the safety and soundness of the two largest housing Government Sponsored Enterprises.  Previously, Roberts held the position of Senior Financial Economist at the Federal Housing Finance Board, Econometrician and Financial Analyst at Central Bank of Ecuador and the Inter-American Development Bank, Quito-Ecuador, and Project Leader and Econometrician The World Bank, Quito-Ecuador.  Roberts holds a PhD in Econometrics and International Finance from University of Pittsburgh and holds the Financial Risk Managers (FRM) designation. 

 

 CANCELLATION: A refund (less a US $100 administration fee) will be made if formal notice of cancellation is received two weeks prior to the date of the event. We regret that no refunds will be made after that date. Substitutions made at no extra charge.
