SPEAKERS Jaap Kes is the global funding and liquidity manager for ING Bank. He was previously responsible for liquidity in the ING Treasury.
Peter Nijsse is Head of Cash Management, Issuance and Trading at the Dutch State Treasury Agency. As such, he is responsible for all financing of the Dutch state, both in money and in capital markets. Furthermore, he oversees tender procedures for payment services for the Dutch government and the management of the integrated system of accounts for government institutions.
Nigel Walker (Moderator) is an experienced Corporate Treasurer who has worked for many leading Investement Banks (Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein) in treasury and strategic financial planning roles. He is currently head of the Liquidity consulting practice at avantage.
