Payment: Please note that payment of your registration fee must be made in full in advance of the conference. Your participation will only be assured once payment of your registration fee has been received. Corporate invoicing is available; for assistance contact marietta.ruppe@prmia.org Cancellation: A refund (less a 10% administration fee) will be made if formal notice of cancellation is received on or before April 27, 2012. We regret no refunds will be made after that date. Substitutions will be accepted with prior notice at no extra charge.
