Speakers:
Judit Halin, Partner, Deloitte LLP
Judit is a Partner with Deloitte’s Risk Advisory practice in Toronto. She specializes in leading large transformational and regulatory programs in Capital Markets and Risk areas for financial industry clients. Judit started her career at Deloitte after graduating from Ryerson and later became an independent consultant, leading large projects in Capital Markets areas for BMO, TD, RBC and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, ultimately returning to Deloitte to assume a Partner role.
In addition to Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree, Judit has a CFA designation.

Michael Nassar, Senior Manager, Deloitte LLP
Michael is a Senior Manager with Deloitte’s Risk Advisory practice in Toronto. He specializes in leading large-scale transformation programs in the areas of governance, enterprise and operational risk management. Mid-way through his tenure with Deloitte, Michael left the firm to spend almost 3 years building the internal control and operational risk function at a midsize Canadian Bank. He later returned to the firm and spends most of his time consulting for the risk and regulatory compliance functions at global banks and Canada’s financial crown corporations.
In addition to a Bachelor of Arts (Commerce) degree, Michael holds a Master of Business Administration Degree.

Registration

Students must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate-level college or university. There are no restrictions to level of coursework required to participate, though students are encouraged to have knowledge of finance, economics, mathematics, business or commerce, accounting, and marketing.
