2018 is a jubilee year for Russian and global risk management. Twenty years ago, the Russian government announced a technical default on the main types of government securities, which led to one of the worst economic crises in the country's history. 10 years later, the global financial crisis of 2008 broke out, which globally changed approaches to regulation and financial stability.
