  Adrian McCarthy, Previously Senior Governance and Conduct/ Operational Risk Specialist at the FCA
Adrian’s career has included roles as Group Customer Development Director at Lloyds Banking Group, Litigation Partner at Dentons solicitors, IT & Operations Director in the Lloyd’s of London Insurance Market, and as a Fintech Supervisor at the Dubai Financial Services Authority, specialising in the policy design, implementation, delivery and operation of its Regulatory Sandbox.

  Iain WrightIain, Group CRO at Quilter/Old Mutual Wealth
Iain WrightIain is Group Chief Risk Officer at Quilter Plc, joining in February 2016, Iain has held CRO roles at Prudential UK and Europe and Sun Life Financial since 2006. Iain began his career as a chartered accountant with Deloitte, and later moved to the London Stock Exchange where he carried out a number of roles, completing his career there as Head of Equity and Debt Markets, UK listing authority. When the Financial Services Authority (FSA) was formed in 2000, Iain moved to head up the supervision of major retail insurance groups.

  Carol Richmond, International CR & CO of at Arthur J. Gallagher
Carol joined Arthur J. Gallagher in June 2015 to lead the transformation of Gallagher’s risk, compliance and financial crime functions and enable the effective integration of acquired businesses following a period of rapid UK expansion. Bringing 30 years’ experience working in regulatory, governance and customer-focused roles in the financial services sector, Carol has established and grown the operation to support the diverse business and its future strategic growth.

  Eleanor Malcolm, Chief Risk Officer of Julius Baer International Limited
Eleanor is a Chief Risk Officer of Julius Baer International Limited since October 2014 is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Risk and Compliance Framework, as well as acting as primary contact with FCA day to day. Over 25 years’ experience in UK and International Wealth Management industry in senior business and risk management roles. Prior to the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management acquisition she was the Head of Supervision & Control EMEA. Eleanor has also worked for over 15 years as Relationship Manager and Front Office Management roles in number of UK firms.
  Richard Kent, Group CRO at Barings Asset Management
Richard Kent is Chief Risk Officer for Europe and a Board member for Barings Europe Limited. Richard chairs the Barings, Europe Risk and Regulatory Committee and is responsible for the design and implementation of the risk management framework covering the firm’s corporate entities and funds in Europe. Richard has worked in the industry since 1992.
