Katlego is an experienced risk professional specializing in risk culture building, risk planning and risk management integration. A professional certified with the South African Institute of Risk Management (IRMSA), she is completing her Master’s in Applied Risk Management with a focus on risk leadership as an enabler for risk culture maturity.
In this presentation she shares some of her in-depth practical knowledge of embedding risk culture in complex organisations and optimizing organisational performance.
