Hanna Sarraf
Hanna is the Head of Risk Strategy at Bank of Ireland Group. He is responsible for developing and implementing the Group's Risk Strategy agenda including the Group Risk Appetite Framework, Risk Measurement Policies and Standards, Economic Capital & Regulatory Capital Strategies, Loan Loss Forecasting & Stress Testing Capabilities, and providing leadership and support to important Group initiatives including Capital Allocation, RAROC, Risk-based Pricing, Portfolio Optimisation and Strategic/ICAAP planning initiatives.
Hanna is an experienced executive with over 20 years' risk management experience, covering both strategy and pragmatic implementation/delivery of Enterprise Risk Management transformation programmes across all major industry segments in a wide number of geographic markets. He holds a Specialised Master's degree in Financial Engineering from ESSEC (Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales) and an MSc in Finance from the Paris-Dauphine University in France. He has written many articles on financial risk management and is a frequent speaker at leading UK and international conferences.
