To request to take a remote-proctored examination, click the "Add to cart" button below and complete the purchase process. IMPORTANT: The registration you will receive will be for the current PRM testing window only. Do not submit this request unless you are ready to sit for your examination during the current window dates. You will receive an order confirmation once your request is successfully submitted. Retain a copy of that confirmation for your records.
