Certificate Program Overview

Candidates for the PRMIA Certificate of Team Leadership in Advanced Operational Risk are required to attend a 3-day course focused on sharing best practices in operational risk management, discussing emerging risks and connectivity effects, and reviewing or offering solutions for identified operational risk topic areas.

A Certificate of Practice assessment follows the 3-day course. During this assessment candidates work with their assigned team to address a specific operational risk topic that is relevant for their institution. The solutions identified by the team are presented to that team’s executive management team.

See the teams that achieved the Certificate of Practice in the PRMIA Public Directory.
